Registration/Payments
You MUST complete the SF Champions Application Form before submitting your participation fees, even if you played with us and completed the application before.
After submitting your application, registration/payments are made on-line for all the SF Champions programs listed below. For each selection you make, from the available drop-down options listed below, please enter the Player’s Name, and click on the "Add to Cart" button to process your on-line payment using PayPal. Once you are in PayPal, you will be able to review your order, make changes if needed, and complete your order using either a PayPal Account or a Major Credit Card. Repeat this process for each Player/Program you will be participating in (one transaction at a time per player).
* For Uniform Purchases, it is very important to include the Player's Name with each order.
** In PayPal, you can choose to continue shopping and return to this page and make additional selections before finalizing your payment. At any time, you can click the “View Cart” button to view your order and proceed with your transaction in PayPal.
