Coach Ron Quimel
Coach Q’s playing
experience includes High School Basketball and Some College at San Francisco
State University. For almost ten years, Coach Q has
been coaching for various youth basketball programs in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has coached players from 3rd
grade up to high school and in the Fall, he coaches at Cathedral School for
Boys in San Francisco. He has been in
coaching in their program for 7 years.
This summer will mark Coach Q's 5th year with our SF Champions program. He has worked with our 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and now 8th grade players.
"Being able to teach what I have learned through my coaching and playing experience is very rewarding. Not only do I get to teach but I learn from the players as well. The game of Basketball has been so good to me. It's only right that I give back." - Ron Quimel
